Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Service Flow website at sfscaling.agency (the "Site") and to our text messaging program. By using the Site, booking a call, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Text messaging program (SMS)

Service Flow builds client acquisition and automation systems for local service businesses. If you provide your phone number and check a consent box, you may receive text messages from us — replies to the inquiry you submitted, reminders and confirmations for calls you book with us, and, if you opt in separately, occasional offers and service updates.

You are never required to agree to text messages in order to submit a form, book a call, or buy anything from us. Marketing texts and non-marketing texts are separate choices, each with its own checkbox, and neither is selected for you.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (208) 501-8592. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sfscaling@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What we provide

The Site describes our services and lets you request a call or submit an inquiry. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Service Flow; nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services on particular terms or at a particular price.

No guarantee of results

Marketing and lead-generation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, budget, and how you respond to leads. We do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Any examples or ranges we discuss are illustrations, not promises.

Bookings and communications

Call scheduling is provided through HighLevel (GoHighLevel). By contacting us or submitting a form, you consent to us responding by email or phone. Text messages are sent only to the extent you have opted in, as described in Text messaging program above.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including design, text, graphics, video, and code — are owned by Service Flow or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the Site or its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping or automated data collection without permission, and no submitting false information or another person's details without their consent. Do not submit a phone number you are not authorized to use.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (for example HighLevel and Netlify). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their terms.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error- free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Flow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
