Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Service Flow website at sfscaling.agency (the "Site"). By using the Site, booking a call, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What we provide
Service Flow builds client acquisition and automation systems for local service businesses. The Site describes our services and lets you request a call or submit an inquiry. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Service Flow; nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services on particular terms or at a particular price.
No guarantee of results
Marketing and lead-generation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, budget, and how you respond to leads. We do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Any examples or ranges we discuss are illustrations, not promises.
Bookings and communications
Call scheduling is provided through HighLevel (GoHighLevel). If you provide a phone number and opt in, you may receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. By contacting us or submitting a form, you consent to us responding by email, phone, or text as applicable.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including design, text, graphics, video, and code — are owned by Service Flow or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the Site or its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping or automated data collection without permission, and no submitting false information or another person's details without their consent.
Third-party services and links
The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (for example HighLevel and Netlify). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their terms.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error- free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Flow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
