Who we are

Service Flow ("we", "us") operates sfscaling.agency. We build client acquisition and automation systems for local service businesses. You can reach us any time at sfscaling@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site (such as our Growth Audit or the pre-call preparation form) or book a call, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), and your answers to the questions on those forms. We do not collect payment information through this website.

We also automatically collect limited technical and marketing attribution data when you visit: the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you arrived through. This is stored temporarily in your browser for your session and attached to an inquiry only if you choose to submit a form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare your audit results, schedule and conduct calls you request, understand which marketing brought you to us, and — if you become a client — deliver our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Booking, CRM, and third-party services

Call scheduling on this site is powered by HighLevel (GoHighLevel); information you enter when booking is processed under their privacy policy. Inquiries you submit are stored in our HighLevel CRM so we can follow up and manage your request. Our website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions may also be processed through Netlify Forms. Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy terms.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a phone number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Service Flow related to your inquiry, such as replies and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses your browser's local session storage to remember marketing attribution during your visit, as described above. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent. We currently do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Email communication

If you submit your email, we may follow up about your inquiry. Any marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sfscaling@gmail.com.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
